The intimate evening will provide an inside look at HDD/NW’s process of creating a major work of movement\, place\, and storytelling. Heidi Duckler will work with dancers\, Charles Roy and Daniel Giròn and composer/percussionist Machado Mijiga\, creating a prologue to a new site specific work inspired by John Steinbeck’s Grapes of Wrath. This piece merges music\, movement\, image and architecture in a provocative transformation of place and community. Guests are invited to enjoy wine and snacks in a relaxed\, salon-style environment that encourages creative conversation with the artists. Come As You Are is an immersive celebration of collaboration\, creativity\, and the gathering of community. \nArts for All: $5 tickets available for Oregon Trail Card holders. Arts For All envisions a community where everyone—regardless of financial resources—can experience and enjoy arts and culture.
