Javan (he/him) is a freelance dancer/dance teacher, certified instructor of The Ellové Technique®, and newly situated in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Western Oregon University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Dance and Sociology. Javan toured as a company member with Rainbow Dance Theatre, finished 3 seasons with BodyVox, and performed as a guest artist for Heidi Duckler Dance Northwest, Dar Vejon Jones Dance Ensemble, Warehouse Dance, Company Movimiento, and Agnieszka Laska Dancers. He is also honored to have performed original works by Leslie Watanabe, Sara Parker, Cynthia Gutierrez-Garner, Darryl Thomas, and Tim Cowart.
