Andra Georges grew up in Portland and met Heidi in middle school, weaving ribbons around a Maypole. She left Portland for college and went on to study and practice architecture in Los Angeles and New York City. She lived a bi-coastal life between NYC and Portland for several years and is once again an official Oregonian. Andra worked with Charles Moore and started an all-female practice in LA. In NYC, she worked with Billinkoff Architecture. She is an owner of a small hotel in Cannon Beach and stays involved in design work and social action wherever she can.
